Shipping Policy
Please note: The delivery time is once your order has been produced and is ready to ship. As each of our items is handmade, there is a production lead time of approximately four weeks, unless otherwise specified.
Why is the leading time approximately four weeks?
All of our products are handmade. Once the product goes into our production queue, it is made by one set of hands from stoneware clay and then needs to dry before the first firing, called bisque firing. Then it is time to glaze, which requires another firing. Overall, this can take up to six weeks, but we aim to make it faster.
Refund Policy
We try our best to package our ceramics as safely as possible. In the unfortunate event that there is a breakage during transit, we will replace the item for you. Should your order be damaged, contact us within three days of arrival. Returns and refunds will not be issued for any other reason. We reserve the right to issue refunds on the basis of breakage at our discretion.
Please note: should you wish to return any item, the cost of shipping it back to us will be to your account.
