Refund Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the handcrafted nature of the artwork, all sales are final.
Refunds or returns are not accepted for change of mind, slight variations, or size/color differences from photos.
2. Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, you may request a replacement or refund.
To qualify, please notify Discover Art and T String Art within 3 business days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the damaged packaging and artwork.
Once approved, you may return the damaged item in its original packaging for a refund or replacement (subject to availability).
3. Lost Orders
If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with you to arrange either a replacement or refund.
4. Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order artworks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of damage during shipping.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
