Shipping Policy
I take great care in packaging and shipping my artwork to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. I offer flat rate shipping on all orders over R500. And some shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size and dimensions of the art work. I use Postnet and sometimes my own delivery methods.
I'll provide tracking information for all orders.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available for artwork that is damaged or defective upon delivery, Refunds are not available for artwork that is simply not liked or does not fit the customer's expectations. If a refund is approved , 50% of the original payment will be retained by LOOK2ICE, to cover processing and production costs. The remaining 50% of the original payment will be refunded to the customer
