Small Creatures Series: ‘Seen & Unseen’ is 21cm x 25,4cm printed on archival Giclée Fine Art paper. In this work Natasha Taljaard explores the delicate boundary between visibility and concealment through the image of a chameleon set against a richly textured background. Partially emerging and partially dissolving into its surroundings, the chameleon becomes a symbol of adaptation, awareness, and quiet transformation.
The layered textures echo both the external world and inner landscapes—what is openly revealed and what remains hidden beneath the surface. The artwork invites the viewer to pause and reflect on perception itself, asking what is truly seen and what is sensed only through attention, intuition, and presence.
The piece is carefully shipped in a protective tube container (7.62 cm × 7.62 cm × 25 cm) to ensure safe delivery.
