168 – Twin Flame
acrylic on canvas
101 x 65cm
Twin Flame explores the quiet intensity of connection—an energetic dialogue between two presences that exist both in harmony and in tension. Rather than depicting form directly, the work unfolds through fluid movement, layered colour, and subtle shifts in tone, allowing the idea of duality to emerge intuitively.
Warm, radiant hues move across the surface in soft, organic currents, suggesting a continual merging and separation. There is no fixed boundary between the two forces; instead, they dissolve into one another, echoing the way connection can feel expansive, consuming, and at times, indistinguishable. Moments of brightness gather and disperse, like shared energy circulating through space.
The painting holds a sense of stillness within its movement—a calm, atmospheric field where emotion lingers gently rather than overwhelms. Through its layered translucency and flowing forms, the work becomes less about a literal interpretation of “twin flames” and more about the felt experience of resonance: the recognition of something familiar, mirrored, and deeply known.
In this way, Twin Flame becomes a meditation on connection beyond the physical—an exploration of intimacy, reflection, and the invisible threads that draw beings toward one another.
