Description
In The Ballroom of lost Thoughts a philosopher drifts through a grand ballroom atop a goldfish carrying him through a sea of thoughts, questions, and fleeting realisations. Suspended between imagination and memory, he remains absorbed in his book while the world around him quietly dissolves into shadow. The goldfish, often associated with forgetfulness, becomes a symbol of the fragile nature of ideas: brilliant for a moment, then gone. The painting reflects on how easily we become consumed by the pursuit of knowledge, only to lose sight of the fleeting beauty and presence of the moment itself.
