Still Life.

Description

Typically known as a portrait and figure artist, I decided to start the year with a simple image that captures the beauty in the stillness of one’s possessions. The contrasting colours are a telling tale of unity and collaboration, as the jug relies on the vase to shine much like the pear and apple relies on the table to do the same. It somewhat reminds me of humanity in it’s essence and the necessity of togetherness in order to display our unique traits.
