Description
The painting is loosely based on social interactions that I saw being documented in the street. Two car guards seemingly arguing over something potentially petty made me realize that we people do this many times.
From a black man’s perspective, seeing the interaction made me question the history of South Africa and it’s importance in today’s debate on capitalism and economic constructs. What happened, happened. We should acknowledge what was, and move forward.
