White Stock Ceramics is a small business based in Pretoria, South Africa. Small batches of hand build and wheel thrown pieces are made by Nadine Naude-Kruger. Imperfections are embraced to showcase the slow and beautiful process of clay to ceramic.
The unmistakable handmade feel of each piece embraces the playfulness of clay and draws attention to the creative process. The minimal shape of the ware emphasizes the striking designs to proudly showcase my handiwork. I believe in craftmanship and carrying the torch for traditional skills. I like the thought that a piece of my ceramics is preserved and passed down through generations. I hope my ceramic pieces will be used and enjoyed for many years.
